Meditation Specialist Dinny Coleman offers both group and private meditation classes for children, teens, young adults and adults in her home studio in Norton, MA.
For those new to meditation, she offers a
4-class introductory course. Investment: $175.
No prior experience is needed.
Individual meditation sessions are available for those who wish to have one-on-one, personalized instruction. Each session is individualized to meet the clients specific needs. Investment: $60/1 hour session
Classes are also available to those experienced with meditation and for those interested in trying out relaxation and mindfulness practices
Investment: $20/class or $75/5 classes
• Cororporate and community based classes are available upon request.
